He has seen the quality in the keeper's trainer in the hands of whom he continuosly improve to perform better than Kwarasey at the Stars training where both him and Kwarasey go through equal regiment.Hence the decision to hire his services in the name of being better for Ghana since he has been relied on for sometime as the first choi
ce goalie. So there is nothing wrong with that. Do we want him to be better for Ghana with the trusted keeper's trainer Ghana used to qualify or we want him fail because of hatred for him and love for Kwarasey who K Appiah is not confident with?
It would have been conflict of interest if he was the second or third choice goalie trying to get the first position. Even with that there is no problem as being the best is what we want for Ghana. So far he is until Kwarasey improve to show his worth at training and be selected. Remember he is not just any goalie. This is a semi finalist goalie at AFCON who won man of the match award.

In my candid opinion, the black star goal keepers should have made it clear to Dauda that his in role in helping him is very unprofessional like to lead to favoritism in selection. I will encourage the GFA to advise the traniner to back off for Dauda to find another trainer. This why our country keeps suffering, people in the helm of affairs do not know the doctrine of professional judgement. Hence the corruption in our country.

I'd fully endorsed the move without any reservation. But in concluding the piece on the part that told the world that he had hired his own teacher, OOPS! the GBS goalkeeper's trainer whilst on a X'mas break, it gave rise to the possibility you had just raised. And that, the act may have been compromised,hence the 'conflict of interest' palava.

In short, I'd quickly placed a call to lodge my complaint with the Governor and to ascertain the truth from POWer-my 'information encyclopedia', but quickly reminded myself: "This is Ghana for you"
No smoke without fire OR is it no fire without smoke or whatever.

The act appear to be just a window-dressing. In that, Fatau wanted to inform the teaming world, like he said the other day, he is going the extra mile in self-training to cap his seriousness about going to Brazil as the OK man. He has also hired a trainer to make him stay sharp in order to lord the post over the current in form KwaraState.
I wouldn't doubt another possibility he is here on a short break to join that Minister turned pastor Afriyie Ankrah at an intercessory prayer camp to invoke the "Onyame Ay3 Awie crusader's crusade.

We have a goalkeeping problem on our hands. Even Kwarasey is not as good as the other African goalies. Nigeria's no.2 goalie for instance is much better than Kwarasey. Fatau is doing his best but his height does not help him.

If he continues to sit on the bench whilst Kwarasey continue to excel in a more competitive league in Europe, Coach Appiah has to make him Kwarasey the number one Blackstars goalkeeper. Personally, I think Fatau is good but Kwarasey is better.

Nobody should be championing for 50 year old Kingston inclusion in the Blackstars. He did bis best for us but he has passed his prime.

What if Pirates send Dauda on loan for six months which is usually the norm and their number one goalkeeper gets injured within the first month? I don't blame Dauda for taking $100,000 a year for four years from Pirates because he has to secure his financial future compared to the $300 a month he was getting from Ashgold but that is the price he has to pay.

WC or no WC, any house divided can not stand.. we all agreed when Adam took over from olele but what happened, AA didn't not help kwarasey to settle in the team after some bad performance in some games even though we all know he is good.. its like a child who is constantly been told he is useless in his own home but outsiders sees him as hero.. the thing about that guy is, he is humble unlike KPB who will tell u his peace of mind but in all things, nature will take control and what is hidden will come to light.. AA will not be the coach for the stars forever so its only wise to love and tell kwarasey that on paper he is our no.1 and we love and support him to keep the post instead he want ghanaians to believe he cannot handle the African game but I challenge him that is a big lie cuz its the same game.. why didn't Africa take the world cup in Africa?? When people call for a foreign coach is reason and kwarasey issue is an example.. corruption, inferiority complex, tribalism / racism, stupid and empty pride,hatred,greediness and so on will over shadow his big achievement if he don't change his ways.. ghana black star will continue to live when we all pass away

the idea of hirring a coach is good . but why the national team coach for that matter? it is the goalkeepers trainer who appoints the beat goalkeeper during training sections to the head coach .before the head coach would appoint him as the goalkeeper to be in post .so in my humble opinion,Mr FATAU would have gotten himself a different coach instead of the national team goalkeepers trainer . am concern about the country not individuals I think should be fear or based on performance . thank u good luck to the entire team and mother ghana
