I’m praying to fit into new Pitso Mosimane’s style – Emmanuel Baffour

Former New Edubiase goal poacher Emmanuel Baffour is hoping to have more playing time under new Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane.

The 25-year-old could not replicate his 2010-2011 Ghana Premier League form under former coach Johan Neeskens, but hopes the ex-Bafana Bafana coach will give him the chance to recapture his form.

“The new coach I’m sure has a different philosophy to overturn things for the club, so I’m praying that I will fit into his style of play to revive my career,” Baffour told Accra-based Joy FM on Tuesday.

“It has not been easy since coming here but I hope this is going to be the turning point of my career.”

The Ghanaian forward has made three appearances for The Brazilians ever since he left in June and he is highly expected to make a squad list as lead striker Nyasha Mushekwi is on his way to German.
