Officials of Chinese sides Beijing Gouan and Shanghai Shenhua watched Ghana international Sulley Muntari on Thursday night at the Prince Abdullah al-Faisal Stadium when Al Ittihad demolished Al Raes by 6 goals to 2

Muntari who has been linked with a move to both club’s in the ongoing Asian transfer window set up a goal before firing in a 25-yard cracker in the 90th minute.

Football in China is on the rise and they are signing so many expatriate players this winter transfer window.

Muntari who has so far made 15 appearances for Ittihad since joining from AC Milan and has netted twice.


A deal could be finalised within next week with the Chinese window expected to close the end of this month.
