MTN FA Cup draw set for Tuesday

The FA Cup committee has confirmed that the Round of 64 draw of this year’s edition of the competition would take place on Tuesday February 5, 2013.

The draw finally comes off following the completion of the preliminary round of matches between division 1 clubs and matches among Division 2 clubs.

The FA cup committee expects a more exciting competition this year. New Edubiase are the defending champion of the prestigious competition which resumed two years ago after over a decade of hibernation.

The round of 64 draw would be live on Metro television at 11 am.

NB: All the qualified clubs are requested to bring their home and away jerseys (strips) to the GFA for branding on or before Wednesday 6, February, 2013. All the clubs are also entreated to collect their cheques from the GFA accounts office.
