Kwesi Appiah unhappy with referee's performance

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah believes referee Daniel Bennett should be partially blamed for his side’s 2-2 draw against DR Congo.
The South African referee awarded a controversial penalty to the Congolese which was expertly taken by Belgium-based Mbonkan.
The well-respected referee had moment earlier denied the Black Stars a penalty after Cedric Makiadi handled the ball in the box.
The Ghana trainer claims the referee played a part in their failure to secure maximum points.
“We played well today but I think there were few refereeing decisions which I believe were wrong,” Appiah said at post match conference
“We had a clear penalty which was denied and then they were awarded a penalty under controversial circumstances.
“All the same, we take the draw in good faith and will work towards our next game."
The Black Stars will play Mali on Thursday.
