Kwabena Yeboah Sworn in as SWAG President

One of the best football commentators in Africa Mr. Kwabena Yeboah was on Thursday, July2, 2015 sworn-in as the new President of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG).
The event which was psychedelically marked at the Alisa Hotels, North Ridge, Accra was well attended by patrons, past executives, past presidents of SWAG as well as some important dignitaries.
Delivering his speech, Mr. Kwabena Yeboah, who is cultured with words and adjectives wowed the crowd when he described the members on the high table as men of perspicacity and sagacity.
“The challenge for sports journalism in Ghana is greater today than ever with our growing print and electronic media. While we can pursue our individual dreams, we rise or fall together as one united front,” Kwabena Yeboah noted.
Mr. Kwabena Yeboah is going to steer the affairs of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana for the next four years.
The new SWAG is made up of; Mr. Kwabena Yeboah (President), Maurice Quansah (Vice President), William Dodzi Erzah (General Secretary), Thomas Boakye-Agyemang (Dep. General Secretary), Charles Osei Asibe (Executive Member), Larry George Botchway (Executive Member), Rosalind Amoh (Treasurer).
