Kofi Adu not afraid of Chelsea in Champs League

Ghanaian midfielder, Enock Kofi Adu, is fired up and ready to wrestle against defending champions Chelsea in the UEFA Champions’ League. Adu’s FC Nordsjaelland lost out, 0-2, on their debut game in this competition nearly two weeks ago in Donetsk against Ukraine champions Shaktar but the Ghanaian who was on 90 minutes action in midfield, is counting on positive experiences gained to come into play in the rest of this year’s tournament.

And it is the titleholders who are next up for Adu and teammates, but the Ghanaian midfield workaholic is unfazed.

“Yes we are ready to face them. We know Chelsea are the defending champions and they will be even tougher than our first game in Ukraine but we will fight to the end,” Enock Adu told 90 MINUTES in an exclusive chat.

“We are going into the match with the mentality to win, fight for every 50-50 ball and play to our best and we will see after the game,” Adu added.
