I'm Being Pestered To Play For Ghana -Harper

Englisg division one side, Reading's James Harper has revealed he is consistently pestered by Ghana to play for the country. The Chelmsford-born midfielder qualifies to play for the African nation due to his mother.

Harper has been a virtual ever-present for The Royals this term scoring netting twice in their bid for a play-off spot.

Ghana wanted the former Arsenal trainee to play in a friendly against Metz, but the 23-year-old is still undecided on his international future.

"They keep ringing me to see if I'll play for them, so I'll have to decide what to do," said Harper in the club's matchday magazine
