Atsu wishes wife happy birthday on instagram

Black Stars player Christian Atsu has taken to his instagram page to wish his wife Marie-Claire Rupio a happy birthday.

The father of one wrote on the woman he met during his loan spell at Rio Ave:

“Happy birthday to the woman of my life. I love u so much. God bless you #GodWin #TeamGodIsThe Reason”.

Christian Atsu got married to German international Marie-Claire Rupio in 2012 and had their first kid in December 2013.

Christian Atsu is a player of English Premier League Champions Chelsea who is on loan at AFC Bournemouth.

The Ghana international is yet to make his Premier League debut for his loan club after injuries forced him out of regular first team spot.

Atsu will also not join the senior national team of Ghana, the Black Stars for the international friendly on Tuesday as he recovers from another injury.
