AshantiGold midfielder Hans Kwoffie optimistic of victory against Medeama

AshantiGold midfielder Hans Kwoffie says their clash against Medeama in week 13 of the Ghana Premier League is a must win.

The Miners have endured a difficult start to the campaign after match day twelve but will be hoping to turn their fortunes around when they host Medeama at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium today.

Speaking to Kumasi-based Nhyira FM ahead of the match, Hans Kwoffie issued a note of warning to their opponents that all they will be gunning for in the encounter is nothing, but a victory.

“Our game against Medeama is a must win, we need to win the game to recover from our poor form,” he said.

“We have been struggling throughout the season and this is the time to end it by winning against Medeama.”

AshantiGold are bottom of the standings with just 8 points and will be hoping for a win this afternoon to boost their chances of surviving the drop.
