Deputy IGP?s wife to talk to UK Bomber

Wife of the Deputy Inspector General of Policy is seeking audience with the man believed to be her son arrested in connection with the July 21 attacks on London.

Kwaku Aseidu Manfo is in custody facing conspiracy and murder charges for his alleged involvement in the July 21 failed bombings in London.

Officials at the Ghana High Commission in London say Mrs. Manfo wants to meet the suspect to ascertain whether the man bearing her 32 year old son?s name, Kwaku Aseidu Manfo is not an impostor.

Dr. Manfo confirmed to JOY News earlier that his son in London bears the same name as the suspect.

But he says the drawings of the suspect released by the London Police are not those of his son.

Meanwhile officials at the Ghana High Commission in London say they have still not been given access to the suspect.
