    No fast one should be pulled over Ghanaians. The costs of electricity and fuel must go down and should not remain at the current levels which are still high. This was the promise. Ken Ofori Atta must come again.

    Am I reading right? During the campaign NPP said electric bills are higher than rent and promised tp reduce it radically. This is the promise ghanaians voted for not to maintain it.
