Modern office for Ajumako NPP

A former marketing officer at TIGO, a telecommunication company operating in the country, Mr Ransford Kwesi Nyarko on Monday donated 50 bags of cement, two trips of sand and GH¢500 to the Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam (AEE) Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the construction of a constituency party office.

The project which would soon start is expected to be completed by next year.

Donating the items, Mr Nyarko who is contesting the NPP parliamentary primaries in the area said the donation forms part of his social responsibility towards his party at the constituency.

Mr Nyarko added that he did not make the donation because he wanted to contest the seat but to contribute his quota towards the party at a time the party is in opposition.

He promised to support the activities of the party if even the delegates did not vote for him at the upcoming primaries of the party.

He urged the constituency executives to employ NPP members who are artisans to work on the office building, hence the additional GH¢500 to to enable the executives employ the workers for the start of the project.

The 45 year old marketing consultant called for unity within the party to enable them capture power in the 2016 general elections.

The Constituency Secretary, Mr Noah Osei Asenso who received the items on behalf of the constituency, thanked him for the kind gesture and appealed for more support for the party.
