    Integrity is the most critical factor in good governance and national development, but a CORRUPT,BIAS and PARTISAN members of the Judiciary like ATUGUBA is 1000 Miles away from it.

    I am glad that the Chief Justice has finally come to reliazation and accepted in her own words that integrity is the most critical factor in good governance.

    I hope she will let Atubuga and Afari Gyan know that. Thank you.
