CORRUPTION, INCOMPETENCE, INEPTITUDE, PROPAGANDA, CLUELESSNESS, IMPUNITY AND GROWING POVERTY. WITH THE UNPRECEDENTED LEVEL OF CORRUPTION WITH IMPUNITY IN THE MAHAMA GOVERNMENT. IS BATIDAM NOT TELLING US THAT HE HAD NEVER BEEN SERIOUS ABOUT FIGHTING CORRUPTION BUT JUST FOR HIS STOMACH? When you listen to the aggression in his initial attacks,against the government, it is obvious that he was looking for a job. There is nothing wrong in looking for a job but the way you conduct yourself during the process is the issue. Where is the Harvard-Trained Ghanaian economist who initially had the "magic wand" to solve Ghana's economic woes? I suppose the system "swallowed" him up. Nii Moi !!! I am happy for you and your current position but please your degree of hypocrisy was to, a large extent, appalling.

They live on the system but we live in the system. This is the story of the government and its functionaries as compared to the rest of the citizenry. We work hard to pay our taxes and the government and its functionaries feed on the tax without much effort.
A friend who works with a Nigerian bank tells me the ordeal he and other colleagues in the same bank go through and after listening, you can sympathize with him. They work like bulls even beyond the statutory eight hours without compensation. Their reward pack is based on the statutory eight hours but are not compensated for the extra period.
One of the issues for some of us prior to the 2012 elections was the age of the candidates contesting for the presidency. Candidate Mahama was rated relatively higher because of his youthfulness and the likelihood that he can stand the stress of the presidency. But what are we seeing today? President Mahama has packed more than necessary functionaries around himself more than his former boss late Prof Mills who was older. So where is the justification in the above assertion. This and many issues we have ignorantly relied upon to make decisions regarding the choice of our leaders need serious review. None of our leaders started his life with politics but should have worked as self employed or were employed in an organization. It is important we find out their work history and not limit ourselves to what they have done in politics.
We are complaining about the profligate spending engaged by government. The high fiscal indiscipline of government yet government do not care and continue to engage in acts which will worsen the condition of the state. The state of Ghana is bigger than government and it is time we all stand up and tell government enough is enough. Are we waiting and looking for government to sacrifice the poor civil and public servant using the single spine as basis to deprive people of their jobs?
Ghana, please wake up! We are quietly endorsing the irresponsibility of government probably waiting for election day. Do we wait in our suffering to that day? We must all begin to speak out to condemn the wrongs in our society. Those we tout as advanced did not turn blind eyes to the wrongs but thay took steps to right the wrongs. So with time, things have gotten where they are today; better.

All the advice given by numerous staffers and advisors including the 3 wise men, has not yielded any dividends. It is either their advice has not been heeded/implemented, for lack of political will or the advice has been bad.

Either way Mahama does not need more advisors; he needs to effectively implement what has been advised especially the so called recently 22 point plan most of which were in Mahama's domain. WHAT MAHAMA LACKS IS ACTION AND I GET THE IMPRESSION THAT HE IS AFRAID TO ACT FOR FEAR OF BEING EXPOSED BY THOSE AT THE RECEIVING END OF HIS ACTION. THEY ARE ALL PART OF THE PLANNING LOOTING AND SHARING BRIGADE.
How do you explain the ndc government spending 8 billion just before elections and no income and expenditure account rationale to show the people of Ghana what the money was spent on apart from the allegation that free cars were bought for ndc students, ndc chiefs,laptops galore for anyone they wanted to influence, junior ministers like ablakwa flashing cash 20000 dollars in the boot of their cars, mansions here and houses abroad (for a recently out of college boy whose cv cannot boast of any job in the corporate or political world)

A lot of things which came out for criticism were endorsed by Batidam. Even when his own office came out with a security report on the country which was not palatable to the Prez ears, Batidam came out and disassociated himself from his own office's report. Just trace back on his comments on all issues inimical to the government stance and you will see the true Batidam.
