    first of all, how much is your salary or your salary range now before asking for more. Strike is not the best option. Endeavour to pull the authorities to the negotiation table and have the issue resolved

    I trust Ward Attendants more than Enrolled and Community Nurses. I would not allow anEnrolled Nurse to inject even my dog!

    Hope you have gotten the approval of GRNA.I share your feelings,just take note of the salary grades.Staff nurses are not better of than Supp.Enrolled nurses.
