    Very sad statement indeed. Hannah Tetteh and the NDC government should be reminded that Ghana is a sovereign state and therefore primarily responsible to the dictates of our constitution and not any Ecowas Treaty.

    Hannah Tetteh of Ghana must submit EPA to Referendum and impact assessment for mandate.

    ECOWAS has no mandate on the issue; only opinion.

    Hannah Tetteh should know better.
