The Public sector work force can be reduced and it will be the right move if only Mahama will have the "gut" to do it. If wages/salaries is consuming at least 50% of the revenue, what is wrong if the public sector work force is cut to save money?

the guy is not qualified and does not speak sense... public sector workforce is eating up 75-85% of revenues.

Be prepared to sacrifice your job first. Why didn't Akoto Osei implement the policy when he was the minister?

Efo Paapa, in your own wisdom, do u think this wage bill is sustainable?
This is a very simple and commonsense question.

If we all need to sit down and it is possible, then why are you people occupying the positions you are in? Don't underachieving and underperforming MAHAMA know that they were imposed on us to deliver quality services to Ghanaians? MAHAMA and his team are very very dismal.

You are spot on Adwen! If the CEO is saying we have to sit down and look at the problem now, my question to him is what has he been doing all this time as a CEO? Why are these people so reactive? Majority of these guys are just not fit to be in such strategic positions. Unfortunately very few people recognise this worrying development. Incompetence, mediocrity and inexperience mixed together is a recipe for economic disaster.

Asem koraa ben nni. we should debate the substance of the man's suggestion not trivialising and politicking it.

Purchasing power has also been increased.I do believe in-sight that the inflation rate is in accordance to present GDP indices. As a country, we have to increase the importation to be parallel to or above the exportation as one of component demand of the GDP
