  Prof. Karikari could only find it veru nnecessary under this governmnet for that Bill to be passed without delay. Whileshis governmnet was in power stealing and looting the nation´s resources, he did not see anything wrong with ot neither was there the need then to pass this law. Until you people stop such double standard behaviour, we shall continue in this directions.
