There are electric current running through the cables with electromagnet energy. As power outage takes place unexpectedly, this form of energy which flows/travel in diverse directions often collide with each to create an impact. At a heavy collision they spark which causes this outbreaks. Now this is the question for you '' Why is it that when power outage is minimal fire outbreak is reduced to almost zero?''

control quality of basic materials and the proffessional quality. like any products, they must have a lifespan.... period.
