Whichever way you look at the verdict it was unanimously called for the respondents.Out pf the nine judges six were Kuffour nominees and only three ndc nominees. More so many people think Sophia Adinyira is from the north.In ...

Whichever way you look at the verdict it was unanimously called for the respondents.Out pf the nine judges six were Kuffour nominees and only three ndc nominees. More so many people think Sophia Adinyira is from the north.In fact she was Sophia Akuffo and even practised in the Akufo Addo's chambers before being called to the bench.Even with all the odds as it were,the judges did the right thing.It is a credit to our SC because most of them overlook parochial interest to do the right thing.Congratulations to the SC judges.

Perhaps you have not been sufficiently educated to know that the differences that exist between Africans or Ghanaians are the same kind of differences that exist between any group of people anywhere in the world be it, Russia, Canada, China, India, Sudan or Equatorial Guinea. So why should Africa also not make an effort towards a more powerful union of the wealthiest land-mass in the world instead of our present condition of weak and subjective states that are continuously plundered by Europeans?

Americans, or sorry, the Europeans who exterminated the native Indian population and took over their lands now called America and Canada, also had to engage in bloody civil wars in which several hundreds of thousands of their own kind died in the pursuit of continental unity. As is typical of them, today they undermine other peoples determination to strive towards continental unity by using serfs like you to spew nonsense that has no relevance whatsoever to our peculiar situation.

This was because they knew the advantages of a union as against disparate groups of hopeless and defenseless divided entities all clawing at each other and competing to a disadvantage with themselves.

By your pen-name Bronxite I presume you are one of those who have escaped - or rather ran away from the challenges of your own country to enjoy the gory blood-stained success of another country. That is why you and your opinions are so irresponsible and counter-productive.

It seems that for pitiable people like you, unless and until your slave master adopts, practices or approves of a certain way of life for you to copy, you will not take any initiatives of your own to budge from your backwardness. Anyway now that the Americans have initiated the Patriot Act which is more than a hundred times worse than the Kwame Nkrumahs PDA, perhaps you should now accept that the PDA was after all good – or, not as bad as what the Americans are now doing.

Look we Ghanaians don't blame you buh the judges who didn't explain thier content but allowed you so called political bias to come out with non-sensetical explaination. Today a party A will come and take one side which go their favour and try as much as possible to make us think dat they have a case. The same thing to party B, so if the referee (judges) have explain their judgement to us it wont take ur poly-thinking propaganda ideas and your so called Nkrumalist so what?.
