    Vuvusela, what Kola is saying is that if you are cought then you will then be punished. Code of ethics is the beginning of the process.

    THank you Kola and he is a Professor or is this just politics? The ethics law is already there and the presidents emphasis is just an added factor. And you are right if you mess up you are fired and prosecuted.

    Why only political appointees? A rigorous code, with severe penalties, should cover all citizen & residents. Of course, public servants should be used to set examples.
