Will any employer not err to take me on to his staff if I present myself as Dormenyo Yao Quist, whilst my certificates identify "me" as Solomon Dormenyo Quist without any legal document (affidavit) attesting to the fact that Solomon Dormenyo Quist and Yao Dormenyo Quist are one the same person? Should there for any reasons be an oversight, I will in all probabilities be accused of fraud when it becomes public knowledge that I am employed on the basis of certification which does not "bear my name"

In societies which are not dysfunctional, one has go through a process to effect a change in name. It is not willy-nilly, or interchangeable at one's whims and caprices. Unless that is the status quo in Ghana.

I can imagine this trokosi judge infront of his house wearing his white singlet. And he has one of his wife cloth covers around his waist. After drinking his favorite drink, apeteshi, to give him appetite to swallow thousand balls of 'akwele' plus his okro soup, and his belly protrudes like a pregnant woman. In this state, he has his trokosi friends around him talking all this shit, and his trokosi' friends see him as a trokosi hero.
A whole judge who have sat on the bench and now engaging himself in ethnic bashing shows the level of trokosi illiteracy. Ghana has a long way to go.

Kpegah says he knew where that man was buried and is prepared to tell authorities his burial site. This case is very serious than what some of us think it is and imagine he failed to lead authorities to the burial site and also, imagine WAD is the same person as Nana, what is the end result of Kpegah's accusation? The same people were up in arms claiming the Vice-Prez did not have a Masters degree, and surprisingly JOY FM was so active in that case it interviewed the Veep live on air and the Veep promised he would go to Legon to pick his degree on his return to Accra.

He accordingly, went to Legon and picked up his degree and the WHOLE world had a look at it...OYIWA!

Now it is Nana's turn to do same and this time the NPP and the same guys and JOY FM know NO SHAME, they think employing CIT (Communist Inferior Tactics) or "patapaa" is the way to go. "Daabi da", just show us the "nkrataa" or "takada" and the case is over.

Why is that too difficult? If the guy has any certificates, why cant he produce them? This world would have been up in flames if Mr Amissah Arthur had told these hoodlums that his certificate was missing.

Secondly, be advised that Justice Kpegah is not denying that one William Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo was rightly called to the bar. No! His argument is that Nana Addo is not that same person. Can Justice Kpegah prove that, especially as he himself admits that person may have been murdered? If he was murdered, would here not be a police report on the murder? Would the murdered WAD Akuffo Addo not have family and relatives alive who would attest to it?
Maybe the old judge knows something that the rest of us do not know. Or he may be going on a wild goose chase.
Whatever it is, let us wait with bated breath to see who has the wherewithal to last the course. Nana Addo's lawyers contended that the case be struck off citing legal procedures i.e. that Justice Kpegah should have gone to the Legal Council, not the High Court.
Let's wait and see.
Something else that most commentators have robably not thought of. I understand that Nana Addo has won lots of cases dating back nearly 40 years. Should he lose the Kpegah case and get struck off the Lawyers register, do you not think people could go back to court and cry miscarriage of justice? I am just asking, being a lay man. What implications could that have on our legal system and already battered finances? Claims for compensation etc. Some lawyer educate me.

Can Kpegah prove to all and sundry who really is WAD? This is the core issue which we should try to ascertain the truth rather than the "certificate" whatever floating around. Akufo Addo, you can run but you can,t hide.If really you have what it takes to be practising law, just produce it for many of us who are your admirers are fast becoming convience that you are a great fraud.Even if you have lost your certificates as you claimed,is there no other means of letting the whole world know about that? What is preventing you from calling upon your reactors and classmates to come to your support if you really have any at all? It is now very clear that you are a big fraud who jumped your way to where you are by the position of your late father,and wants to do same to become president.

To those so called lawyers who are aiding and abbeting this man Akufo Addo, should bow their heads in perpetual shame. Using technicalities to strike out this case would not solve the problem.The only way this case could be settled once and for all is for Akufo Addo to do the right thing which every normal human being would do-produce the a copy of the certificates that he alleged is missing.

Not even a monkey would buy such a cheap excuse.We all have one way or another got our certificates or documents missing.All we did was, we went in for a replacement copy with a small fee.What is preventing Akufo Addo and his allies from doing same instead of the insults on a whole tribe? If really Akufo Addo wants to be taken serious, I urge him to do the right thing and now! Enough of the stupidities from his supporters.

And you know what, these nagging 'problems' following Akufo Addo,would have all gone away if he had adopted the Amissah-Arthur approach,and produced original documents to back up the different versions of explanation we have been given thus far. Remember Kpegah did not 'originate' these questions that keep popping up from time to time.
In fact, suggestions have been made tracing the genesis of these stories to Nana`s 'foes' within the NPP fraternity.

So, is it not a matter of cooperation between Kpegah and Akufo-Ado, to let Ghanaians know the truth? If Kpegah says Akufo-Ado is uncircumscised, and Akufo-Ado says he is circumcised, there is no need to drag the matter arguing with each other to extent of going to court. The simple solution is for Akufo-Ado to pull down his pants and show his holy 'koti' for us to be his witnesses. What do you think?

I have been researching this strange justice Kpegah and my conclusion is that he is suffering from mental illness. He RESIGNED from his post as a supreme court judge on the 4thDec 2008 on a whimsical idea;resigned (instead of retired !) justice kpegah however continued to occupy his office at the supreme court for six months after his resignation!!In 2010, Kpegah, in a bizarre move, went to the courts to sue as he had applied for a loan from his bank and wanted the supreme court to facilitate his loan application This appears to me to be a sure indication that "something has not been normal" in this kpegah's head. Furthermore, he claimed he needed money for completion of his family home but elsewhere claimed he needed the money for London University fees for his two sons!! He has always felt bitter at not having been appointed a higher judge. Such feelings affect the mind. The way i see it, is that this man, kpegah, is a "serial suer" gone mental "real bad."
