    This is not just Ghanaian problem, most african in general has no concept of time. No wonder we remain at a standstill.

    The worse offenders are radio stations in Ghana.These days we can not set our watches and clocks relying on them.

    HOPEFULLY THIS INITIAVE WILL WORK OUT AND ACCELERATE OUR DEVELOPMENT. I THINK THE PRIVATE SECTORS CAN SET THE PACE AND THE REST WILL FOLLOW.

    In NO African Country do they manufacture WATCHES. We all have watches around our wrists and for many JUST for DECORATION !! The Ghanaians in Europe move HEAVEN/EARTH to get to workON TIME, EVEN in WINTER !!

    Where those of the main post offices in Regiona Capitals? Were Ghanians utilizing their use? Who are responsible for their repairs if realy, they have spoiled? Governments of the Country must wake-up from their sleeps.
