Certainly our culture frowns on homosexuality, and abhors same sex marriage. This we all know, and many agree. It appears the constitution did not address same sex marriage, but only weird acts of sexual activity. What we are talking about is the rights of an individual as a PERSON. Each and every person is protected under the law as a human being. This minister designate is wrong on that. Nobody can maltreat any individual for a perceived notion of being gay or lesbian period. When it comes to the sexual acts, I wonder how it is going to be detected.? Is the minister or government going to spy in our bedrooms? Who knows whether this woman sucks on his husbands penis and vice versatile? Let's be real, if we don't want same sex marriage and the benefits associate with marriage going to same sex marriage let's say so, and let the laws reflect that. Just because a person want to be gay or lesbian doesn't make them criminals even though to me it's immoral.

The AG's Department and Ministry of Justice is incompetent and corrupt. When State Attorneys do not turn up in court, when they do they go unprepared to prosecute or defend cases and finally loose the case and you think they are solid, then wake up, Madam. When State Attorneys deliberately provide wrong advice to ministers to get bad judgement debt paid so that they can benefit such as the Woyomegate and you say, they are spot on, then smell the grass, Madam. Otherwise, you will end up worst than Betty Mould Iddrisu. Good luck.
