At least he was able to discover Dauda, Wakaso, Asante and Atsu. I take my hat off for these brave guys. They made their names. To me, these guys are the pillars of the team- if one is down or substituted the whole team shakes. My man of the match was Wakaso. The only reason why the coach removed him was maybe because of bribe. I will never understand the reason why. R you kidding me? the guy just even scored a penalty and you take him off during extra time? HOW? WHY? Kwasi Appiah need to be seriously questioned for this STUPID mistake no coach will make. It's like substituting Frank Lampard during extra time when England will need him for the penalty

Iam a true Ghanaian but let us face the fact that the Ghanaian team was underperformance and that necessitated our hummiliation by the stallons of Bokinabe. [1]The team could not meet the stallons boot for boot[2]The players looked like begginers without experience except few of them who worked tirelessly but invain.[3]Iam sorry to say that they appeared like a team which came out of poor coaching practice and most of them seemed like they did not know what they were all about with faulty passess. It was unfurtunate that the refferee was completely baias against the opposing team and his reckless whistelling against the Borkina team was overwheming culminating the last Red card against one of their players who was about to score the Ghanaian team was christelly clear that he was bought to wear the number 12 jessey and dorned the Refferee,s jessey on it as a cover up ostensibly to win the match for Ghana,but one thing we must know is that, God is an omniscient and justifiable God who sees everything and does no want cheating and therefore gave the verdict to the Bokinabe,s team. This is what all Ghanaians should learn from and refrain from cheating both on the political terrain and all institutions of Government and public corporations who are supposed to serve its people as their duty not as they are being forced to perform.I want to repeat my advice I gave to the management of the Black star team after last year,s fiasco AFCON attempt to bring the coverted African cup to Ghana.My candid oppinion was that Ghana should not attempt the Afcon or the world cup for at least one year and turn to the black board to self actualise thmselves,learn from thier mistakes to take corrective meassures which will pay off in due time.France did it and when they came out, they clinched both the Europian cup as well as the world cup.Listern to me even though, some people will not aggree with me becos of their parochial interest, to be blunt, for loosing the English ponds and the US Dollers they get when they embark in such fiasco ventures.

He has been in the mill right from the scratch to the man on top which I call it 'acute familiarity'. It would be more easier to deal with such a manager in the helm of affairs of a company like the GBS than to experiment a new one.

Self labour,aka. walatu-walasa wields unlimited pride when you knowingly know that you're a building the house for yourself.

In that case, if the house gets dilapidated or should fall down as a results of a 'Tsunami', you would cry a genuine cry.
That is if you saw how MRAA and Konadu cried their hearts out uncontrollably at the full glare of the cameras and the accompanied video
after the match.

The coach has every reason to stay on for four more years cuz, success does not come to us in a day. It takes years to build.
Is he not building the Atsus, Adomas, Solo Asantes and dem-dem?
Why you want to stop him in the middle of the ocean? Hanza now!

Athletes, Singers, Doctors, lawyers and every scholarly venture takes years to complete.
It would therefore be unfair to MRAA and his men to let go without the benefit of time and space. Allow Brazil to judge and question the MRAA Law.
To say that MRAA wants to succeed is understatement if not overstatement.

There may have been loopholes in the MRAA law, I concede. They could be plugged up when given more time to mix the concrete.

Changing the baton frequently could jeopardize our efforts to right the wrong.
MRAA's mistakes are quite minimal. At the appropriate time, me as the chiefwhip shall line them up for his perusal and close scrutiny.

That said, we would relentlessly rally behind him.Telling him his shortcomings right in his face as we deem fit, so as to straight him up.

No one doubts that the Black Stars is a good, talented and tactical side, but their greatest undoing lately was their pride. After defeating Cape Verde, the Black Stars took the Burkinas for a ride and even bragged of the harm they would unleash on the Nigerian Team at the finals even when they had not qualified for the Finals yet. What sheer pride!

That was the beginning of their fall. Nature that despises the bragging heart never allowed the Black Stars to get to the finals despite the complicity of the referee in their favor. The penalty awarded that gave Ghana the first goal was totally controversial and unmerited. Yet the Burkinas though suffered poor officiating, made it to the finals cuz they were the better side and Ghana can't eat her cake and have it. Let the Black Stars learn that "Pride goes before a fall" !!

How could that be when they even struggled in their earlier matches? Coach AA and Cap AG were all humble in their statements. Rather, I heard Mamadu Gaye (of CIV)say on Super Sports TV after the BS/DR Congo match that the BS should start parking back home bec. they could not defend their 2-goal lead but as poetic justice would have it, the Elephants left before the BS.

I stated that the exclusion of Dede Ayew who has exceptional qualities that others in the team don't have - not necessarily that he is the best or most dazzling player but his psyche, determination, intelligence and enduring
strength ar equalities that the Black Stars need to ride on in tough moments.
OK, now third place match! Appiah cannot take the Stars past their opponents Ivory Coast in this match.
Bad coaching tactics and bad management.
It is sad to see the Stars this way.
Now, we need to hear from the coach Mr Kwesi Appiah why his side performed so badly.

I have given Kwesi Appiah all my support because of the belief that a local coach should be given a chance. But I am so dissappointed in him in the sense that he could not use the defenders available properly and his selection of players was appailing. Only two friendly matches made Ghana a tip to convincingly win the Afcon. Only to get confused in the tournament by failing to select players according their roles. Shame on you Kwesi Appiah, you dissappointed lots of Ghanaians. This does not mean that I don't love you. You played for Ghana so you have a lot of team mates who can advice you.

Right from the first match of this tournament, the BS were not spectacular, it was referee that guided them to this stage. Going to a tournament as if they are going to Hair-do Competition. My advice to u for next afcon i.e 2015, don't make mouth again,don't consider urselve as favorite and it might work for u. Nigeria did not see themselves as favorite and it got them to the final even after beating Ivory Coast, the super eagles still maintain Low profile. But the BS struggled and managed to win lowly rated cape verde and considered themselves to be champion.

Also they were afraid of injuring themselves to cause them problems and money in their various clubs in abroad. The strength wasn't there. Perhaps we may have to select local strong players to meet the rough tactics of the African football. The current selections are good for world cup but not CAF. Just look at the Bukina Faso players, raw strength.

Many people were silent about his statement, but disagreed or didn't believe it. But may I ask; is Asamoah Gyan an NDC man? I'm just wondering if he's part of the "Sasabonsam" party or family. There're many things going on; the political situation in the country cannot be described as good. Don't try to mix football with politics; you could become a target of hate. Next time don't do that; just keep your mouth shut. That's the best thing to do.
