Adabraka police begin investigations into abandoned foetus

Adabraka police have begun investigating the abortion of a foetus found dead atop a pile of rubbish in a drain in Official Town.

The sight of the foetus, estimated to be about seven months old, pained and disturbed many residents, who condemned the act.

One man vowed to get to the bottom of the situation by finding out who the mother was.

Another resident, Adelaide Planch, took it upon herself to bury the foetus in Awudome Cemetery.
