There is nothing to prosecute here, misa musa.. For all intensive purposes the parents were trying their best to keep this kid alive by using this rather extra-ordinary method.. They were not doctors but did the best they knew how. Indeed, they should have brought the kid to the hospital earlier for help for G-tube feeding. Instead, they improvised a (what I may call) "A-tube" or "C-tube" feeding".. [You may have to guess A= anal; C= colon). No judge will jail these parents for doing what they did; only a reprimand ..that's all.
Hey, and for your information, a new medical procedure called- "fecal enema", which is very similar to what these parents did is now being used to treat a disease called Clostridium difficile Infection (CDI).. Here, good and regular faeces or "shit" is fed or "bentoa-d" through the anus of the ill patient. We are trying this procedure in a Toronto Hospital and it WORKS!

Should the doctors too be prosecuted for drilling a hole in the child's rib cage and putting food through there and not through the mouth?

People be real! Yes, due to poverty, some parent can't afford to go to the hospital but, feeding your child in the anus is just inhumane. They probably assume this would keep the child alive, but their action did more damage ...

1. What will happen if Nana Akufo Addo is declared President of Ghana by the SC and subsequently go ahead to nominate his Ministers whiles we still have the NDC majority in Parliament? Have we also thought of a possible boycot or rejection of the nominees by the NDC majority?

2 Will our MP's have the moral ground to question the actions/work of these Ministers?

3 If NEC saw Kufuor as a state asset and allowed him to attend the Presidents investiture, does that not compromise the stance of our legislators? Doesnt this not amount to double stands?

Maybe I need some education, because I am as confused as everyone else.
