I believe its about time Ghanaians learn how to appreciate having a first official Mall, instead of hating! I think this wonderful edifice has boosted the country's image. Within the West African sub-region, Ghana and Nigeria have this wonderful to flaunt with a Mall in International Standard. I will suggest you either appraise as most diplomats and faithful Ghanaians applaud it! Hating wont get you anywhere! Most importantly, how can information gained from a security personnel and a shop attendant be credible. Facts is what we need! Accra Mall is booming and will keep booming! More grease to Accra Mall tenants. Long Live Accra Mall,Long live Ghana!

It's cheaper to shop at Kantamanto. In an economy where many are earning enough to afford basic necessities, Accra mall shopping is a luxury and far-fetched.

In order to control the illegal parking at the mall, the owners should fence the parking area and charge parking fees. Shoppers who produce current stamped receipt for purchases from the mall should be exempted from parking fees.
With this extra income, the owners of the mall can reduce the rents for shop owners.
Some people have made the mall their meeting place where they pick-up girls. Others make the place their free parking spots whilst they visit other places in the vicinity to transact their business.

No wonder we have these problems, because as vocal and smart as you all may seem, I have long concluded that you're all stupid.
Accra Mall is a marvelous and well constructed establishment. The problem with Ghanaians is that they do not know how to guard anything good. They exercise class distension at home, treating maidservants and houseboys like shit, then the two classes converge at the Mall and what do you get (Makola Syndrome). Secondly, you get the entire establishment surrounded by hounds, that same lower class selling all sorts of inconsequential goods to thwart the sophisticated valued items within the Mall to its target market. End result, outside the Mall flourished with business more than within. If the environment of Accra Mall becomes serene, all will be well. Maybe Accra Mall should get a survey from ANC Mall to find out their trends too, then try to remedy the situation by investing to crack down on all the ignorant lawless hawkers. Frankly, in my opinion the place has since become a transportation hub, and street hawkers haven more than an exclusive Mall for classy and sophisticated Ghanaians. If you don't protect your investment it will drop like that. Simple and short. You Ghanaian are all the same, you view like through a different lens. You fail to recognize and accept the fact that there are too many wayward people not fit to be part of civilized society, roaming around, because most of you are part of that class or related to it. Marina Mall by the airport is far more expensive, but may survive, because, so far the vicinity is well guarded. No tro-tro invasion , and the taxi population is under control, lets wait and see, if these rats and coach roaches are going to destroy it too sooner than later.

Until people like you accept that it is only by virtue of circumstances that places someone in a certain economic position.
Being a maid does not make anyone inferior, that made given the same opportunities to education could have been a nuclear scientist generating power for the nation using our own natural resources.
However thanks to people like you we us a nation miss out on the fact that a lot of people more brilliant and intelligent than the priviledged twits like you, are trapped in roles, that dignified as they are, does not expose them to their full natural potential in our society. We are the losers. Every thing you buy in that mall was created by an intelligent person outside the country.
If i were you, i would welcome the maids and the houseboys and pray amongst them. there is someone intelligent to be inspired by what they see and do better stuff. Just remember intelligence is a natural gift from God, education is learning from someone who has already done it. They did it first without a textbook. Think again.

Very clearly Citizen One is one of these primitive creatures who cannot stand the fact he is made of the same material substance of which those he is criticizing is made from. His only consolation is to create material substance between himself and those he looks down on to make a justification to his fickle and imaginary superiority. I wonder what he is doing in Ghana - an under-developed country.

First, I think the Mall is mis-placed.It is too near the TQ Roundabout and with our CULTURE to be SELLING ANYWHERE,the SITE is not appropriate.
The LOCATION should have been FURTHER AWAY so that without a Car of other means of transport, you just cannot WALK there.
