Fellow country men and women, so if we have such a team of criminals leading
this country, how best can we get from
them to benefit our country and the
people of this nation?
Atta Mills always claim he is a Christian, Asomdweehene and the so-called Defender of Faith if leading
such a barrage of thieves, criminals
and arm robbers, fellow country men and women, where will this nation go?
Rawlings is saying it, Nana Konadu Agyedmang Rawlings is saying, Kennedy
Agyapong is saying, Mr. Martin Amidu is saying, Teye Nyaunu and many disciplined politicians in the NDC
bunch of criminals are saying and of course the Opposition members are loudly sounding it solemnly in the ears of Ghanaians all these dangerous
activities by this Government to the
People of Ghana, warning them to be very careful of this NDC crooks and
vote them out come 7th December as
this nation is being headed into State
of Anarchy under this Atta Mills led
NDC administration. It is only those
who are enemy to our nation still
can't see and hear what is going on because they are blind, deaf and uneducated fools...

Proper Sanitation and Basic Health Care goes hand in hand. There are certain things that we can all do to enhance and contribute to our NATION-BUILDING @ little or no cost to the economy....Stop using our gutters and open compounnds as garbage cans.Throwing plastic bags and plastic bottles all over the places makes our country look bad. Thanks mr.President.Your comments are dead-on!!However,Pitch-In cans must be provided in every corner to make this happen.
I will go further by saying that this Project is not just cleaning Accra...the entire country must CLEAN AFTER OURSELVES.
Let's make Ghana"Little Hawaii"
Let's tell our tourists-foreigners: "SEE GHANA AND DIE" and mean it.

The President just can't make a speech and preach about the health threats of dumping garbage in gutters and drains, the need to "constantly eschew and educate Ghanaians on that bad attitude ...advance the city's ecology, economy, and tourism", and attribute the high level of bad sewerage and unsanitary conditions to the population explosion in Accra without planning, formulating, and executing well-defined, comprehensive policies targeted to deal with the identified problems. Policies with health, educational, ecological, economic, family planning, and tourism components.
It certainly is doable, with strategic planning and support from all and sundry, the stakeholders, schools, religious bodies, and media houses.
Afterall, Accra is our capital city.

In the 21st century and inter global civilization it is only in Ghana where open gutters and drains are open to the mercy of the garbage to brew first class mosquitoes and cause us diseases to stupidly spend huge state monies which could go into say education on importation of medication for otherwise, preventable diseases.
I'm happy the President himself has raised this epidemic issue. Let Ghana see the need to bring an end to official contracts where our gutters and drains are without covers or slabs.
In Ghana today, there is almost no home where a son or daughter had not travel outside the sores of the land. On principles, can anybody tell me where-ever he has travel to apart from our same criminally corrupt Nigeria where we have open gutters? Even our nearest friendly country, Togo knows how to cover their stinky places. Just have a few minutes cross over our borders with Togo and the huge difference you see in Lome. What at all is wrong with our officials who sit and put pen on paper to sketch roads with gutters without coveres or slabs and pavements or pedestrians crossing yet we sit here and erroneously proud ourselves to be civilized. All that we know best is just eating huge banku/akple, fufu on akpeteshie and sex. Nothing we know.
Infact we are not at all ethically wise in terms of environmental cleaniness as people. Sorry but that's the fact.
