The African opposition will never accept they lost an election, even in the freest and fairest election Ghana (and indeed Africa) has ever witnessed. Of course cheating must be condemned and resisted. But to abuse the legal process, as Nana Addo is doing, is most unfortunate.

Nana has vowed to win at all cost, so having lost at the polls he is resorting to the provision in the law that any citizen can appeal against the results. He is therefore assembling all sorts of lies in the name of evidence and thinks he can influence who constitutes the panel of judges of the Supreme Court who can somehow pronounce him president- Yes, he must win at all cost! The main preoccupation now is how to ensure that only judges favourable to the NPP are empanelled.

Having taken part in the election, I am too shocked at the cooked up allegations from Nana. How can everyone, including returning officers, polling agents, local and international observers, journalists etc all collude and conspire to cheat the NPP? This is a preposterous supposition and anyone who believes the NPP's allegations will believe anything.

Nana Addo is simply a very sore loser who must do anything to discredit his opponent's victory.

Two bodies cannot occupy the same space. The NPP has only jumped from the frying pan to the fire. Having called the impartiality of the Court in to question it needs to explain its stance. It is not only the Supreme Court that it is addressing but the public at large.

The Judges we all hope will take Ghana first and deal with the law but not who is related to them.

NPP lawyers know they do not have a case and instead of keeping their mouths shut they decided to challenge the composition of the Judges and having failed to do that behind close door realizing their petition will fail after the Judges asked them to come back with a written one they have no choice than to make a big U-TURN.
They know they will lose the court case and instead of telling Akuffo Addo,Bawumia and Obetsebi Lamptey who has no classmate the truth they decided to attack Justice Atuguba's integrity to send signal to their supporters that if they lose the case it is because of Atuguba on the panel and consequently reject the court's verdict as they always do whenever they lose.
No judge will throw Ghana into chaos making Akuffo Addo who won only one region and narrowly won the second region out of 10 regions president of Ghana.

I wonder why this Akuffo Addo think they should make him a president when out of 10 regions he won only two which makes him irrelevant in Ghana.

THE EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO HAIL FROM THE NORTHERN GHANA WHO ARE EXPECTED TO FACILITATE DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREA AREA THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT MAKING THE AREA DEVELOP. REASONS:
1.Most of them refuse posting to the area to work.
2. Most of them want to own houses in Kumasi and Accra (Southern Ghana) instead of...
3. They want to enjoy their hard earned monies with Southern girls even behind their marriages.
4. They become proud and arrogant as soon as they experience little riches.
5. Most of them who accept to work in the north are crooks and thieves who steal monies that are meant for development in the area. THey steal from both government and NGOs - Ironically most of them will not even invest the stolen monies in the north BUT prefer to bring the money down south to spend.
6. In the mist of ALL the above, they confuse the illiterate folks - that problems in the north should be blamed on innocent Southerners.
7. Dr. Nkrumah in his wisdom implemented free secondary education in the north using proceeds from cocoa, gold and other natural resources mostly from the south. Osagyefo did this with the aim that these privileged ones will pay the nation back by at least accepting to contribute to rapid development of the north BUT unfortunately these educated ones have become more Southerners than the Southerners themselves.
8.I think a Northerner becoming president of Ghana 'per-say' is not what will make the place develop - I think the privileged individuals MUST ACCEPT the challenge of contributing by way of accepting posting to the place and invest in housing and job creation. Most of us northern guys are in very good positions even most have been in government since Independence.
9. What happened to SADA? We did not even see northerners in political and other responsible positions showing any commitment - They rather decided to 'blow' or 'chop' the monies in gargantuan proportions.
10. Most of us northerners have been voting for NDC over the years because of Rawlings' initiative of extending grid electricity to the north BUT beyond that I think the NPP has also shown more commitment in other areas of infrastructural development in the north mostly through the MCA. Earlier Acheampong, through his agricultural policies had facilitated the construction of the Tolon irrigation which is being under utilized as at now.
11. We can ALL help to make the northern Ghana an enviable place to stay - the place has a vast land that can be developed to become food basket of the nation.
12. MAKING YOURSELF RICH WITHIN A SHORT TIME THROUGH POLITICS IS NOT WAY FORWARD. WE REALLY NEED A SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION TO ADDRESSING THE NORTHERN CHALLENGE - NPP, NDC, CPP, PPP, PNC, NDP, ETC. CAN EQUALLY DO IT - SO I THINK ALL THE TRIBAL SENTIMENTS AND INSULTS MUST STOP.
- GREEDY POLITICIANS ARE JUST KNOCKING OUR HEADS TOGETHER BY DOING TRIBAL POLITICS - UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE JUST DOING THIS FOR SELFISH GAINS.
**** DO NOT BE DECEIVED! THERE IS NOTHING LIKE AKANS PARTY OR NORTHERS PARTY IN GHANA - GREEDY POLITICIANS ARE ONLY DOING THIS FOR THEIR SELFISH GAINS - SHAME UNTO ALL THOSE.

Her Lordship Mrs. Georgina Theodora Wood should recuse herself from the case. She should not empanelled the judges to hear the case. She has a vested interest in the case - she is a sister in-law of Atta Akyea. Atta Akyea is providing advise to the NPP legal team. Atta Akyea is related to Nana Akufo Addo. Mrs. Georgina leaked the names of the judges to hear the case to Titus Glover, who in turn went on the air to mention the names of the judges to the public.

Anyhow, Mrs. Georgina Wood IS NOT QUALIFIED TO BE A SUPREME COURT JUDGE. Given her close association to NPP, I'll be surprised if she is allowed to empanelled the judges to hear the case. She has no credibility! NPP has no credibility. NPP has DENTED THE CREDIBILITY OF GHANA SUPREME COURT. Therefore, NPP's case should be tossed out of the WINDOWS OF THE SUPREME COURT!
