Articulated Truck Catches Fire near Achimota Melcom Site

While Ghanaians are still trying to get to terms with the sudden collapse of the Achimota branch of the Melcom Shopping Mall, an articulated truck has caught fire close to the site.

The incident happened just before 4pm Thursday.

The Fire Service personnel who were attending to the collapsed Melcom building have diverted attention to the truck and are currently doing all they can to put off the fire.
