Otumfuo’s Man Shot Dead

Reports reaching Peace FM from Otumfuo Osei Tutu II’s Palace in Kumasi indicate that, one of Otumfuo’s subjects has been shot dead. In an interview with Peace FM’s “Kokrokoo” Morning Show, Superintendent Antwi Boasiako of the Kumasi Divisional Police explained that, the man was sent by Otumfuo to go and pick some items needed for the Otumfuo’s 10th Anniversary but got shot on his way back.

According to the Superintendent, the murderers did not pick any of the victim’s items, meaning, the motive was just to kill him but not to rob him. He said, no suspect had been found yet but serious investigations are going on to bring the murderers to book.
