The meeting afforded members of the Tema regional branch of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce to understand the method involved in the accumulation of bills brought to them.

The Chairman of the Tema regional branch of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce, Isaac Barry bemoaned the fact that industries in the country are reeling under the high utility tariff, hence, making Ghana uncompetitive in the West African sub-region.
He said there was the need for industries to collaborate with ECG in order to achieve a win-win situation for all parties.

He entreated members of the Tema regional branch of the Ghana chamber of commerce not to hesitate to seek clarification with ECG customer services on issues concerning their electricity billings.
