Member of Parliament (MP) for the La Dadekotopon Constituency, Hon. Nii Amasah Namoale has said that 90 percent of statements made by Ex-President Jerry John Rawlings come to pass, but it is no news for him to say that Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo is not corrupt.

“It is no news when former president Rawlings say out loud that Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo, NPP’s 2016 Presidential Candidate is not corrupt, because no member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has ever accused him of being corrupt, rather the fact about him that we want to make known to Ghanaians is that he is incompetent to be the president of this noble nation,” he clarified.

He further disclosed on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ programme that his existence in the NDC is through Rawlings’ lineage, therefore he would continue to give him that respect as the leader of the party even though he is not in line with him on his recent statement.

Hon. Namoale indicated that ‘dumsor’ would continue to be in existence until the pipe lines to channel gas to us are well fixed.

“I am not saying we do not owe Nigeria Gas, but we would still experience ‘dumsor’ until our Nigeria Gas pipe lines are fixed because we would again and frequently experience power outages even when we pay all the bills we owe them, that is if we really owe, but I know we don’t owe them.”
