Leicester City linked with summer move for Thomas Partey

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri is weighing up an offer to sign Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey from Spanish side Atletico Madrid in the summer, according to reports.

The 22-year-old's off-the-bench performances for Atleti in the Uefa Champions League has drawn attention to him and Ranieri is already eyeing a move to sign the workaholic midfielder for the Foxes Leicester City campaign next season.

Ranieri's Leicester City have secured Champions League football for next season and he wants to revitalise his squad with the signing of the Ghanaian international.

Partey, who has scored two goals La Liga goals in 11 appearances this season, has also proven his quality during his loan spell at Almeria last season where he notched four goals in 31 games.
