Former Great Olympics player-cum-coach Godwin Attram has taken a subtle dig at coach Tom Strand's tactics after their hopes of escaping the drop became bleak over the weekend.

The 36-year-old has had a fraught relationship with some of the club's hierarchy following his unceremonious departure from the club.

Following the Dade Boys 3-0 loss to Medeama SC on match day 23 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Stadium over the weekend, it appears the club's hope of avoiding the drop has become murky.

And during an interview with Starr FM, Attram took an indirect aim at the Swedish trainer by claiming that he should adhere to his tactics in the final run-in of the campaign to save them from dropping out to the second-tier league.

"He [Tom Strand] needs to stick very well to his tactics to save the club from the drop zone," Attram to Accra-based Starr FM.

"Because if he doesn't strategize well during games it will affect the team.

"He must work very hard to bring the club back to the winning ways." Olympics have accumulated 23 points with just seven games to end the Ghana Premier League season.

They will face Inter Allies in the week 24 of the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
