Airtel, GT Bank partner to wow customers

Airtel Premier, first of its kind in the telecommunications industry in Ghana has partnered with Guarantee Trust Bank to provide customers with exclusive services that would bring a world of convenience to them.

This is to transform and enhance the social and professional lives of exclusive customers by delivering unprecedented array of mutual benefits and to provide them with a unique value proposition.

Ms Rosy Fynn, Customer Experience Director of Airtel Ghana, speaking at the event said the partnership would provide a synergy for both Airtel Premier and GT Banks' strength in leading and providing an assured successful formula in the market.

Ms Fynn said this would empower and give access to integrated and sophisticated banking and telecom products and services.

She said it would benefit partners who have struck a deal with Airtel to gain access to their call centre 24/7.

“All this is geared towards making sure our customers have the best of services and conveniences in this era of competition,” she said.

She explained that the combination is truly a timely value- add for the customers of two strong service organisations.

This she noted would enable them to offer significant value added services to their esteemed customers.

Mr Lekan Sanusi, Managing Director Guarantee Trust Bank also noted that the agreement is a further testament of the commitment to continually seek innovative ways to delight customers.

He said at GT Bank convenience is placed at the doorstep of customers and so as Airtel hence the intent to further deepen the alliance by seeking convenient way to address the needs of valued customers.

He thanked Airtel for the initiative to partner with the bank and expressed optimism that it would lead to a positive outcome.
